Here is my sequence of events: (1) did an upgrade in the Apple Store but then had problem with wifi connectivity - no Time Machine restore so Outlook worked fine (2) backed up to Time Machine (3) did an erase & install upgrade in the Apple Store (4) restored back up from Time Machine - problem with Outlook. I understand the problem is in restoring the data from Time Machine. I have tried the suggestions posted in this forum.
